Sunway Global Properties Ltd is an indigenous Nigerian real estate development company established in 2014, founded to close a clear gap in the market: the shortage of well planned, properly serviced and secure residential layouts.
With over a decade of operations, Sunway has built an active footprint across multiple states and cities in southern and central Nigeria, anchored by its flagship estate in Owerri. The company is incorporated with the Corporate Affairs Commission under RC 1196236, with a head office in Abuja and a regional office in Owerri.
Our core strength is land development. We acquire land, secure title, master plan the site, install primary infrastructure, and deliver serviced plots and estates that let individuals and corporate buyers build with confidence under clear design guidelines.
